Thoroughbreds

Royally Dressed (Major) - Powerful Horse with Lots Movement
1995, 16h chestnut gelding by Dressy James (TB); out of Kandus Sikuma (ApHC) by Kandus Boy.  Major is very smooth and has great movement for dressage.  He was shown once at Golden Grand and was Reserve Champion Under Saddle - JR, and won 2 other top 5 belt buckles in Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle.  With only 6 jumping lessons, placed in Low Hunters-Open and Low Hunters - 5 and under at Golden Grand.  Major has been ridden on trails, but is still green.  He's a very powerful horse with lots of body English in his movements.  I loved riding this guy last year (2007).  $5,000.00

Carrot Digger (Carrot) - Solid English Background
1996, 16h sorrel mare by TrenchDigger; out of K D Crystal by Dressy James.  Carrot was started, but did not race due to an injury.  She has had many very nice foals (including Talkin Flashy - shown above) that have been eventers, dressage and hunter/jumpers.  She has good racing as well as solid English background.  Could be restarted or used as a broodmare.  She is open and will not be bred back here.  $1,800.00  Click Here For Large Picture!

Dressy Bargain (Dressy) - Cute Mare that Shows Excellent in Dressage
2002, 15.3h bay mare by Dressed Up James; out of Bargain Hopping by Kangroo Court.  Dressy has been ridden on trails and shown in dressage.  She is usually in the mid-60's, even though each time shown I have only ridden her about two weeks before the show!  Her sire was a good eventer and was also shown in dressage and hunter/jumper disciplines.  Her dam was shown in the hunter/English pleasure discipline, and I used her for lessons when she was only five.  This is a very cute mare with a nice head set, and shows excellent in dressage.  $3,500.00

Sir Corky James (Jamie) - Good Background
1995, 17h dark brown gelding by Dressy James; out of Corkys Crystal by Solar Salute.  Jamie is still "green" as I just haven't had time to spend on him.  I have ridden him on trails, but he is still a bit nervous there - just because he doesn't have much time on him.  He has a good racing and eventing, dressage, and hunter/jumper background, and should do well in any of these disciplines given some time and patience.  He is very light in the face and is light to handle.  He's NOT for a heavy handed rider.  A friend rode him a few months at the track 7, he loved it.  Offers considered.  Click Here For Large Picture!

Prices shown are what we'd like to get for them.  We understand the horse market is very low at present and are asking neither what is invested, nor what they are worth, for any of these horses.  We are both getting to a point in life that we want to slow down and do other things before the rocking chair gets us!!  We appreciate your consideration in looking at our sale list.  We can furnish photos of any of these horses on request.  All horses listed are on a first come, first served basis.  Give us a call to see what would suit your fancy!  Thank you, Jeanee & Lew Conner
